Cells – growing, multiplying, dividing relentlessly, with a life of their own.

I made several hundred cell-shaped etching plates. Each one forming and shaping itself, as cells do, each different from the last.

Cell book one and Cell book two and Prints use traditional printmaking techniques of etching, embossing, and blind embossing before been printed onto damp paper through an etching press.
